Month of Prayer and Giving Day 25 – Aiming at what is honourable

Month of Prayer and Giving Day 25 – Aiming at what is honourable

When Paul wrote 2 Corinthians he made mention of his desire not to attract criticism in the administration of financial gifts from the churches. He said measures had been taken to handle finances wisely because of a desire to do what was honourable not only in the Lord’s sight but also in the sight of man. It is for this reason – among others – that Grace Baptist Partnership seeks to honour the Lord in this area.

We have employed a financial administrator with day to day responsibility for this area of our work. Our trustees meet regularly at which time they receive current financial reports. Our annual accounts are independently examined and submitted to the Charity Commission https://slotspie.com/. By God’s grace, this area of our work is well managed.

Throughout this month, you have received daily reports of ways in which the Lord is blessing the work of Grace Baptist Partnership. I trust you will feel confident in providing the one-off and ongoing financial support essential to the continued development of this ministry.
